The building

Völgy Ház aims for balance in its appearance and proportions: a Mediterranean-inspired inner garden, generous circulation spaces, and plenty of natural light. Behind a façade that integrates quietly into the streetscape sits an understated, residence-grade office building.

Designed by Ybl-prize-winning architect János Vonnák, the building converses with its neighbours along this characterful stretch of Szépvölgyi út — and has been highlighted in professional architecture press as a defining contemporary presence in the area.

The inner courtyard garden is the heart of the building. Most offices and apartments face this quiet, green courtyard, so the traffic and noise of Szépvölgyi út doesn't intrude on the working day or on rest.

We maintain the garden regularly, typically from March through November. Its atmosphere and microclimate come from the balance between paved surfaces and planting.

Völgy Ház offers offices of varying sizes and apartments, each independently accessible. The building is designed for a small group of quiet, quality tenants.

The immediate neighbourhood (Újlak) has everything for daily life — shops, restaurants, the Daubner pastry shop, bank, post office, pharmacy — all within a few minutes on foot. The 0301 and 3026 paid-parking zones run directly around the building.
